Carlo Scialla | Carlo Scialla, whose style has been most influenced by the American new wave of the early 70's and the classic wide screen epic of the 50's and 60's, is best known for his high end commercial work. Having graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Carlo became a member of the camera union and continued to work as an assistant on all types of film production. His talent and perseverance brought him to the attention of some of today's most noteworthy cinematographers allowing him to continue to develop his skills in filming. He was eventually given the opportunity to shoot several well received award winning documentaries, commercials and features before making the jump to full time Director of Photography. He has had the fortune of working with directors Dave Merhar, Stan Schofield, Pete Sillen, James Wahlberg and Michael Suissa.
